Primary Care and Family Medicine

We are accepting new patients for family medicine and primary care, with a focus on ongoing preventive care, including cancer screening and other routine health needs. We also accept walk-in patients.

Dietitian Appointments

Accepted Answer

Diabetic and high cholesterol patients are eligible for OHIP-covered dietitian appointments. Please note that there is a $75 no-show fee for any missed appointments. Notice should be given at least 24 hours prior.
 
*Patients that do not meet this criteria can still ask to be referred to see the dietitian. This will incur additional fees. Please book an appointment to discuss this with the doctor.

Strong Scents

We kindly ask all visitors to refrain from wearing strong scents, including perfumes, colognes, and scented lotions, when visiting the clinic. Many individuals are sensitive to fragrances and may experience allergic reactions or discomfort. Please be considerate of others and help maintain a comfortable, safe environment for all.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Our organization maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against bullying, racism, assault, or insults directed at staff or patients. Any behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment, including verbal abuse, discriminatory actions, or physical threats, will result in immediate derosteration from the doctor’s list, removal from the premises, and a ban from the clinic.
 
All incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and violators will face these actions without exception. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.

Question 6

Noise and Behavior

To maintain a calm and respectful environment for all, we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, with phone calls conducted in a hushed tone. Please be considerate of other visitors by keeping phone volume low. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are supervised and behave appropriately. Unruly children may be asked to step outside to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
